House Rules
Applicants must read and agree to the house rules before completing the application. Please review the following guidelines carefully.
Rule 1
An instant drug screen will be conducted before the applicant will be accepted into the house. An application fee of $50.00 will be assessed upon completing the drug screen (the resident or their sponsor will pay this fee within the first 28 days).
Rule 3
For the first 30 days, the resident will only be allowed to look for employment, report to required court-ordered appointments and hearings, and attend religious services with verification.
Rule 5
No prescriptions are allowed on the property.
Rule 7
No violence or threats of violence.
Rule 9
Rent is $150 per week. Residents must keep their balance below $300 or they will be sanctioned.
Rule 2
No use of alcohol, mind- or mood-altering drugs. Use of these will result in immediate discharge.
Rule 4
All residents must have a minimum of 30 hours of work or community service each week. Residents are required to complete 5 applications a day if they have no income.
Rule 6
Residents are required to get a sponsor and home group within the first 28 days.
Rule 8
Curfew is 10:00 PM Sunday through Thursday, and 11:00 PM on Friday and Saturday.
